At Off Seam, each piece is handmade with care and intention. Because our denim ties, belts, and skirts are custom-made and released in limited quantities, we do not offer returns or refunds unless an item is damaged or defective.

📦 All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review item descriptions and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or with a clear defect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Email [yourstore@email.com] with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A brief description

If your claim is approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement (if the item is still available), or

  • A store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping)

 Shipping Issues

Off Seam is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
